Where the deceased dies intestate the deceased’s legal personal representative is called an administrator.

Great Fire of London
London’s largest fire. It occurred in 1666 and started in Pudding Lane. It spurred the development of fire insurance. Previously fire damage compensation was funded by charitable donations and collections from guilds of craftsmen and churches. The Fire Office, formed in 1680, is generally regarded as the first fire insurance company although records indicate that fire insurance was transacted in 1667. International Motor Insurance Card. Evidence that a motorist driving outside his country has purchased the statutory minimum motor Insurance required by each of the named countries.

Grievance
Written complaint by a dissatisfied patient submitted to a grievance committee of an insurance plan or program. It may be about availability, delivery, or quality of medical services, utilization review decisions, insurance claims payment, or the contract relationship between a plan member and an insurer. Impartial panel of physicians who handle complaints by dissatisfied patients or their representatives against doctors.
Grievance procedure
Process or system in which a dissatisfied patient or participating provider of a managed care plan can express complaints to get a situation resolved. Such procedures include a due process provision and subject these procedures to a specific and standard adjudication method.
