Choice no-fault
Allows auto insureds the choice of remaining under the tort system or choosing no-fault at a reduced premium.
Choice no-fault plan (Vehicle Insurance)
The choice of a vehicle owner to be covered under a no-fault plan provided by the state.

Same as Percentage of fire loss insurance.
Chose In Action
A thing of which one has not the present enjoyment but which one has a right of recovery by legal action, e.g., the proceeds of an insurance policy.
Chronic
Refers to a medical condition that persists, continues, or recurs over a long period of time.
Chronic care
Medical care and treatment given to an individual whose health problem is of a long-term and continuing nature. Rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, and mental hospitals may be considered chronic care facilities.
Chronic illness
Long-term or permanent illness that often results in some type of disability and may require a person to seek help with various activities (e.g., diabetes, arthritis).
Chronic maintenance dialysis
Kidney dialysis regularly furnished to an end-stage renal dialysis (ESRD) patient in a hospital-based independent (non–hospital-based) or home setting.
Chronically ill individual (Health Insurance)
An individual certified as lacking a physical or mental ability required to live independently. This certification must be made by a medical professional or social worker.
