A clause found within the OASDHI that details the requirements a person must meet to be eligible to collect social security retirement benefits. Most often, the person has to have worked for ten years. OASDHI stands for “Old Age, Survivors, Disability, and Health Insurance.”

Fully Involved
The entire area of a building on fire so involved with heat, smoke and flame that immediate access to the interior is not possible until some measure of control has been obtained with hose streams controlled by firefighters.
Fully paid policy (Life Insurance)
A limited payment policy that is fully paid. For example, a 30-pay policy is fully paid after 30 years of regular premium payments.
