Clause that states a payee will pay an insurance company if a subsequent claimant successfully challenges the disbursement of the policy’s proceeds.

Holistic medicine
System of comprehensive or total patient care that considers the physical, emotional, social, economic, and spiritual needs of the person; his or her response to illness; and the effect of the illness on the ability to meet self-care needs. Also called holistic health care .
Holistic risk management
A rigorous, coordinated approach to risk management within an organisation. The aim is to identify, prioritise, quantify, mitigate and finance risk from all sources that threaten the achievement of both strategic and financial objectives. The financial and ‘insurance’ risks are integrated in a single programme. Alternative terms enterprise risk management and financial risk management could be construed more narrowly.
