Other insurance clause
A clause that details what will be done if another insurance contract covers the same property. This clause is found in most insurance policies, aside from life and health insurance.

When two or more policies cover the same interests for the same exposures, each policy is said to represent other insurance to the other. Most insurance policies contain clauses that specify how or if claims will be paid if other insurance exists for the same exposures.
Other structure
A building that is not a dwelling that is on the dwelling property. Other structures includes swimming pools, swing sets, barbecue pits, gazebos, and other structures. A structure is something that is built, and does not necessarily have four walls and a roof.

Structures, such as a garage or storage shed, which are separated from an insured dwelling by a clear space, or are connected only by a fence or utility line. Dwelling and Householders policies provide coverage for other structures.

The money the insured or covered person must pay themselves; for example, a co-payment.
Out of Pocket Costs for Health
The amounts the covered person must pay out of his own pocket. This includes such things as co-insurance, deductibles etc.
