An employee is deemed to be a workman within the meaning of the Act if the following pre-requisites are present: (a) a contract of employment (expressed or implied, oral or written) between the employee and the employer: (b) relation of master and servant between the two, and (c) employment is for the purpose of the employer’s trade business.
