The cover is in respect of death of race horses either from accident or disease, including the destruction of the animal on humanitarian grounds arising from an accident or disease. The Policy may also be extended to cover death by Fire, lightning, breeding, transit risks etc.

The crops covered are (i) grape (ii) citrus fruits (oranges, lime and sweet lime), (iii) chikoo (sappotta), (iv) pomegranate (v) banana. The subject matter of Insurance would be fruits in horticultural crops and the perils covered would be Fire, lightning, storm, hailstorm, cyclone, typhoon, tempest, hurricane etc., flood, inundation, riot, strike, terrorism.
