Midi Tail
Automatic five year extended reporting period allowing for the making of claims after expiration of a “claims-made” liability policy, but only applies to claims arising from occurrences which were reported no later than 60 days after the end of the policy. Midi tail (Liability Insurance)
An extended reporting period that allows for the making of claims after a claims made liability policy has expired. This five-year extension only applies to claims that arise from events reported no more than 60 days after the policy’s end.
