Scheduled premium variable life insurance (Life Insurance)
A type of whole life policy that has a fixed premium amount and a guaranteed minimum face amount.
Scheduled property floater
An inland marine form of policy specifically insuring various individual items. Articles of unusual value, provided they are movable, may normally be written this way and insured against many hazards, often against all risks.

Medical assistant who schedules patient appointments for a physician’s medical practice.

A programme for the insurance of a group.
Scheme actuary
Actuary appointed by the trustees or managers of an occupational pension scheme under PA95, s.47.
Scheme administrator
Person appointed to manage a pension scheme who must ensure that the scheme is operated in accordance with the requirements of the authorities and its own trust deed and rules. The appointment is mandatory for exempt approved schemes. The administrator may have to give certain revenue undertakings.
Scheme auditor
Occupational pension scheme auditor appointed by the trustees or managers under PA95, s.47.
Scheme Charge
A fixed charge that may be added to the basic premium for a group insurance.
