System of check

Reference medical terminology classification system designed and created by the College of American Pathologists that is used to code text data after they are captured by an electronic health record (EHR) system. It assists in the standardization of clinical medical terminology used in EHRs. It is designed to obtain the most detailed, complete, and accurate clinical data possible.
