Individual health insurance policy that can be terminated at any time by the insurance company. Also called cancelable contract. See also conditionally renewable.

Individual who captures a complete summary of the history, diagnosis, treatment, and disease status for every cancer patient. Registrars’ work leads to better information that is used in the management of cancer and, ultimately, cures. Legal condition for both parties (insurance company and insured) to understand the insurance policy terms for a drawn-up agreement to be considered a valid contract.
Capital gain
Dollar amount profit that is made when stocks or bonds (securities) are sold. This is called a realized gain. An unrealized capital gain is when there has been an increase in the value of the stocks or bonds but they have not been sold.
