Recipient

1. Person certified by the local welfare department to receive the benefits of Medicaid under one of the specific aid categories. Also referred to as a client . 2. Individual certified to receive Medicare benefits. Also referred to as a beneficiary, dependents, enrollee, member, participant, or subscriber .

Recipient Property

Entity that is an important customer or recipient of the output of another entity. A recipient property is the counterpart of a contributing property and can be the subject of contingent business interruption Insurance carried by the entity which supplies the recipient property.
