Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Title received by an individual after appropriate training and passing a certification examination by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT)
Title received by an individual after appropriate training and passing a certification examination by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO). JCAHPO also offers certification as an ophthalmic coding specialist.

Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CP Health IT)
Certification provides professional training and certification for those responsible for planning, selecting, implementing, and managing electronic health records (EHR) and other health information technology (HIT). CPHIT designation indicates that the holder has mastered the common body of knowledge for an electronic health records professional and, in addition, has evidenced expertise in a variety of health information technology applications including CPOE and electronic prescribing.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNAs are licensed to give anesthesia under the direction of a physician.
