As per sec 16 of HIR, 2016. (i) Cumulative bonuses offered under policies, shall be stated explicitly in the prospectus and the policy document. (ii) . If a claim is made in any particular year, the cumulative bonus accrued may be reduced at the same rate at which it has accrued.
