Cover may extend to free car hire, replacement car facility and rescue/recovery in the UK.

Liability arising from use of waterborne craft is excluded in public liability policies as per the marine and aviation exclusion. In Bankers Insurance Co. Ltd v. South and Another (2003) a jet ski was held to be a motorised craft so the liability under the policy was excluded. Jet ski liability is also excluded under personal liability insurance.
